Quick impression~ Kunihiko Ikuhara hasn't really worked on much since Sailormoon and Utena, so him + Brains Base? Hard to go wrong there. What kind of drugs are these people on? I want some. Two brothers dote on their terminally ill, little sister until one day, she dies. But then, she is revived by a penguin hat/other worldly being who orders the brothers to find the penguin drum. It's a psychedelic trip with a song of course.

on another related topic, where do you get your anime these days? It's my impression that most fansubbers are offering direct downloads, which I figured I would use, but if there's an alternative to torrenting other than streaming…

they usually list multi-site d/l links and torrent links. for animation, i can't really watch the lower quality of online streaming...especially for shows like this, where you really have to see the detail as sharp as you can get. :)
