Yojou-Han Shinwa Taikei 2! The nameless main character, Watashi, speaks of his experience in the movie club. That's where he met the demon-like classmate, Ozu. He tries to compete with and sabotage the popular guy in the club. This episode kinda makes the previous episode make sense...ah, twisted timeline writers. While it is interesting to see Watashi choose evil, the show hasn't quite wow'ed me yet. I'll give this another few episodes to settle.

Giant Killing 1-2! a few anime blogs I follow actually gave this decent reviews, so hey, might as well view it, too. A very bad football/soccer team gets a new manager who tries to turn the team around to make a 'giant killing'.
+/- Mediocre production
+ Uplifting underdog story
Quick impression~ Tatsumi somethingorother is brought in to be the new manager of the East Tokyo United soccer team, a team he previously played in. In the first couple episodes, Tatsumi picks the current players as the weakest ones and relieves the captain of his duties. Very dramatic. If I were the least bit interested in the sport, this could be a fun anime to watch...ok, I skip 75% of the first episode which clearly shows my enthusiasm, but Tatsumi is pretty blunt in his speech which is amusing at times. Y'know, I wonder why he is the manager when what he is doing is coaching.
