seichanordered a small milkshake, got a medium and was charged for a medium. (thought--geez, that's an expensive small)
asked for a cable modem(at curcuit city...stupid store with stupid staff and ....stupid customer..me), got handed a cable router. actually paid and went out with it (oi, it looked like a modem...no antenna).
installed new cable modem (after returning and getting the right one at a different store)...didn't work. didn't work. crap, crap. called comcast. "you should have contacted us so we could reenter your IP." how was i supposed to know that? it's not written anywhere. nobody told me. "well, if you bought or rented one from us, we would have told you." WELL, that's sooo nice.
the service industry here is definitely lacking. me sad. wants to move to ohio. i hear it's better over there.
