Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood 59! Ze bad guyz forcibly make Mustang perform alchemy on a human. It seems a tad unfair, but great for the plot. So the five sacrifices are collected plus May..who is there for the x-factor. I can see the mangaka creating a spinoff of Hagaren with May & Scar Ling.

Uraboku 8! Nekid boys in ze bath episode. They love dangling the BL tension out in front of our faces.


Tsuki no Koibito 3! So there are about 4-5 plans out to topple Rensuke from his high and mighty throne. He may be feeling a twinge of guilt for throwing Mei's father out of the country, and firing the factory workers by now, but the closeups of his stoic/bored face reveal nothing. I suppose the worst part of this drama is that it has been very predictable. There's also a feeling that this drama is very dated; maybe the music or filming. Nothing about the production feels fresh. Random note: the actor who played Streseman in Nodame Cantabile is in this drama to provide comic relief, but his very short scenes have been nonsensical so far. Anyway, there's a new kdrama that I want to watch...please let it be better than this...

Durarara 19! I like the first few strands of the opening *pluck pluck pluck*. I like the adults in this show more than the kids who continue to be pushed around by Izaya. I hope the gang fight is either a gore-fest a la Baccano, or something humorous with Shizuo.


Tsuki no Koibito 2! Made me laugh when Hazuki tries to pimp Xiu Mei to the fat white guy, so that he win a contract. Thought the white guy's lecher act was pretty hilarious. I can kinda see the childhood friend taking over the company at the end of this show when things belly-up with Rensuke and Xiu Mei. All the actors are talented and attractive, but still not loving the drama.

Tsuki no Koibito 1! jdrama with Kimutaku. Man, it's been forever since I've watched him in a drama...ok, I did watch one episode of Mr. Brain. I wish this new series was a comedy. Anyway, Kimutaku plays the uptight, arrogant CEO, Hazuki Rensuke, of a modern furniture company. His company is opening a new store in Shanghai. Female 1 is his strong-willed head designer (not really sure of what her real title is). She has a crush on him while his assistant played by Matsuda Shota has a crush on her. There's a model, Female 2, thrown in the mix. His company is also closing a factory to build his own. The workers lead by Female 3, Liu Xiu Mei, (who has a sick mother) were protesting, but their factory is razed over anyway. Mei's male coworker even has to become a cross-dressing prostitute to make money *weep weep*, so she ends up working for Rensuke. *weep* Cinderella story set-up in a love-pentagon...ding. Although the situations felt a little forced, by the end of the episode, it seems like it could turn out to be sweet if they refrain from making all the upcoming jealousy too dramatic. As a total 180 to his uptight character, his new CM is silly.
