Quick impression~ Fam, a young tomboy, is a part of the Sky Pirates who take prey on wealthy ships and take advantage of warring countries. Whoever harpoons a target first gets to call the shots, and in episode 1, Fam proves to be the best pilot who plans a contract with a threatened princess and her tsundere sister. There are an awful lot of underaged female characters in this show...thankfully, they are tastefully designed. Dio is the only character from the first series. I thought he went crazy & pseudo-died last time, but apparently he has his senses and humor back. The first episode was non-stop action and visual pretties. I like the whole steampunk mechanics to the ships...though I do once in a while question the feasibility of how 13-year olds can outsmart a whole army; yeah, yeah happens all the time in anime.
Kimi to Boku 3! A blond transfer student comes into the group. His past with the twins is cute. (Enter Tamaki...gotta admit the Ouran Host Club parallels are endless.)
