Hakkenden S2 1! Continuing on....The church sends Shino to pick up some dolls from a dollmaker. While the point of the story is to gather the 8 people who carry the gems, figure out what to do with the evil Sosuke clone and now defeat the evil Princess Fuse, I doubt the anime will cover much of that...but watching the eye-candy boyz angst is entertaining enough; season 2...more boyz.

 

Gin no Saji 1! cows!

+ Cute farm animals that do cute animal things and then get eaten
+ Decent production
- awkwardly-paced episode 1

Quick impression~ A young boy enrolls in an agricultural school with thoughts of easily being the top of the class. He finds the school to be tough on him physically, and he doubts himself when he finds that everyone else has their futures planned out. Even though Full Metal Alchemist was action-packed with pure awesome, I really didn't get into Hiromu Arakawa's newest manga. The anime does a little better at keeping me interested.
