Sneaky sleeves

Boys Before Flowers 2! Ji-hoo/Rui has a pretty cool coat with slits in the sleeves so he can sneakily put his hands in his pockets. Okay, it's not the newest thing, but I like random fashion tidbits. Y'know if Korea reeeally wanted to compete with Japan, they would have given Ji-hoo shinier and pointier white shoes. Anyway, Ji-hoo's hobbies also include tarot card reading. I have to say that these random new details to the story are very amusing. And a nod to the original manga, no matter how many times I see it, when 'Makino' hits or in this case kicks 'Doumyouji', it's really funny. I wasn't really impressed by Doumyouji/Joon-pyo until the bee scene. Again, random scene = very cute. Wasn't sure that I'd like this better if it were too close to the jdrama or if it were more different, and while it does tend to be too much like the jdrama, it is pretty entertaining.

I was practically assaulted by my host sisters and forced to watch, but I have a recently-expanding crush on SS501, so I wouldn't have missed it anyway. You're right, though - I've never watched/read any of it before. But so far, so good!
