Goong S (Snoozer)

Goong S 1-2! I don't think many Se7en fans are lurking in my f-list, so I guess I won't censor myself. I'm kidding. He wasn't that bad.



+ Same attractive setting and wardrobe as seen in the first Goong.
- Same slow plot and bland dialogue
- Doesn't take full advantage of its comedic potential

Summary and impression~ Kang/Lee Hoo (Se7en)is a delivery boy for 'Goong' restaurant (yum! jajang noodles). He does normal boy stuff; admires himself in the mirror, dances, fights with other boys. After one fight, he awakens to find himself in the palace. His deceased father was a prince and the royal family was just recently aware of his existence. blah blah He begins his princely training. At some event, he falls for the pretty, rich girl who is already betrothed to Lee Joon, snobby rich boy who wants to be the prince. One of the palace's servants happens to be a childhood friend and obviously likes him despite their bickering.

If you liked and stayed awake for all of the original Goong, I'm sure you'd like this one. Se7en does try pretty hard to be adorable. Other than a new cast, there isn't too much new and incredible about this new season. Apparently Goong 2 is the actual sequel and this is an alternate telling.

...blah...I really should stop posting right after work..I stop back and see how fried my brain is...I apologize for sentence fragments, run-on sentences, misspellings and plain bad grammer...not to mention the fact that I don't know how to use commas.

Hmm...yeah, I like Se7en, but after hearing/watching him sing, "Twinkle-twinkle-bling-bling" in a song...I feared his acting. =_='
