Angelo is a new group created out of former Pierrot members, Kirito, Kohta & Takeo. I can't seem to remember who was left...Aiji? Their first single, Reborn, will be out 11/8. Points to them for keeping their nice, dark, gothy personas (even if their website is a bit corny).
Younha's Ima ga Daisuki looks like it will be used in the Korean animated series that will be introduced to Japan. I've forgotten the title...it's somewhere in my archives...
ETA: want to put this down before I forgot it. I'm intrigued by Library Thing (mentioned by
sara_tanaquil, but I'm not sure how it would benefit me yet. I'll have to think about it before I spend hours cataloging my books.

Date: 2006-08-17 01:36 am (UTC)For me, the big benefit is that I really wanted to type up a comprehensive list of my whole rapidly-growing Japanese manga library, for my own reference and so that I would stop buying duplicates at BookOff. (I keep forgetting what I've already bought and not had time to read.) But inputting all that information in Japanese by hand... oh God.
Even though I've been putting in a lot of time over the last two nights, I'm still way ahead of where I would have been spending the same amount of time cataloging by hand. If you don't already have a need/desire for a catalog of your books, I don't know how useful it'd be... except that the social aspect is pretty fun. ("Hey, look how many other people have my books!")

Date: 2006-08-17 01:48 am (UTC)it'll be pretty nice once all the review/rating parts are filled. it'll be sorta like looking through amazon, but personally categorized and potentially grouped by community.
no time to start now...perhaps this weekend....

Date: 2006-08-18 11:33 pm (UTC)I post here because I didn't know how to pm you...
I did look at the guidelines before posting in the community, and I didn't know if "3. Do NOT post non-CLAMP news/websites/etc." meant I could post about my forum or not since it was Clamp-centered website. Apparently not. Sorry again!)

Date: 2006-08-19 12:12 am (UTC)you don't have to apologize. (^_^) the guidelines sometimes have blurry areas which i and the other mod usually favor on the side of keeping things simple. good luck on your new site!
