went to see charlie and the chocolate factory at the imax....wooooah. firstly, it's been awhile since i'd seen anything at the imax. i've decided that the imax isn't really a great place to see a film...unless the film is specifically made for the imax...like those national geographic documentaries where the camera has a certain path for your eye to follow and experience. anyway, after the harry potter gof trailer, it only took a few minutes to adjust, but really, i'm going to have to see it again cause i don't think focusing on every pore and wrinkle on johnny depp's face was what i was supposed to do. actually, it was an excellent film. loved every character, the set, the music, the oopa loompas, even the sappy end. have to admit that it wasn't as creepy as the commercials and trailer made it out to be. definitely going to see it again....and again.
other interesting movies i want to possibly maybe see...
elizabethtown - with orli...who actually looks like he can act. and there's a bunch of other famous actors in the film too.
everything is illuminated - cause it's frodo and
oryssein said the book was great. he's also in some other movie, green street hooligans...but the trailer shows us that gangs and violence are duh, violent.
chronicles of narnia, corpse bride, wallace and gromit, harry potter, mirrormask, rent (maybe), king kong (probably not, no matter how pretty the scenery is), a history of violence(haha, not)
