laptop update

took the laptop to circuit city where they took a look at it for free. yay. told me it was the inverter so i ordered one from surplus village. hope this works. rather spend $30 for a part and $50 to install it than $300 for toshiba to repair it. i wonder if i could install it myself. ha ha. i was tempted to buy a new desktop pc. i miss my old desktop. *pat pat* it went to the amvets where it probably got thrown into the dump.
