been making my way through the xmas candy. (surprisingly did not get any candy canes last year). started with the quality chocolate. mmm. had a moderately large box of godiva. i like their dark, dark chocolate. then moved to the other boxes of semi-nice chocolate. now, i am down to the $1 foil-wrapped chocolates shaped like bells and balls. after that, i will have no more candy. i'll have to start on the container of pistachios.

green onion is gooood. i think it can bring a bit of brightness in both flavor and looks to dishes that may feel kind of heavy otherwise. like omlettes.
