what i learned from labor day...

nobody that is near me has normal social skills. lemme try to rephrase that. life is wrong when i am the only one with proper social skills. soooo wrong. (i hate socializing) it was much easier when everyone i knew was a gossiping idiot.

what i did over the holiday...

got ahead in some work.

watched royal tenenbaums...found out it was on tv. darn $3.79.
took a nap in the middle. nevertheless, decent movie. 7/10.

watched kill bill v.2. anti-climactic, right? the whole 2 part movie was eh, not enough for me to reccommend it. 6/10.

read a little more of the da vinci code. more than halfway through. i only read it when i have absolutely nothing to do...lunchtime at work. if you took out the characters and put them in a book for teens, it'd be entertaining. if you took out the characters and kept the story, you'd have a long list of random half-facts. but really, the book is indiana jones with the cast of jessica simpson and nick lachey...and p. diddy is in there, too. very funny book.
what will i make? and can i move?

answers: salary.com

didn't know that site existed. but yeah, of course it exists...everything seems to be available on the internet. i like that it tells you what you should be making in the area you will be working. makes it easier to ask for a salary. ANd i like the standard of living wizard...so if you want to move, you can look at the different cost of living situation and compare it to your salary. anyway, i don't think i'll be moving to s.f anytime soon. ha.
