Well, Chuno would probably be a good match for you then. I was extremely into it for the first 15-17 eps, when it really looked like it was going to buck most of the sageuk cliches...but in the end that was too much to ask for and it totally fluffed up. (Which isn't say there wasn't crazy drama as well, just that it was the usual drama.) At any rate, it still enters my top ten of modern/fusion dramas that Didn't Suck.
