Code Geass R2 21! So this is what X could have been if Kamui had a backbone (and a huge ego), and if the story actually contained action. Nunnally turned out to be Kotori and Charles was Fuuma..sorta. Side note: if Syaoran ever failed to save his princess, he'd turn into Suzaku. That's enough of the obvious-as-hell CLAMP parallels...though Yasha-ou being Xingke is so lovely even if they have the same tree-stump personalities. Loved the episode with its unexpected twist. Thought the parallels between Charles and Lelouch's motivations were interesting. So Lelouch triumphs, but C.C.'s not-so-happy face makes me think Lelouch might get ousted in the end. I'm wondering what Schneizel wants; outside of the fact that he'd rather be the one in control.

Haha. Marriane reminds me of Kotori and Fuuma's mother. Who was thought to be a nice, gentle mother. Well, she was, but she loved and died for the other woman and messed up the life of her 2 childs.

there was an interview somewhere where the director or someone said that they admired clamp...or something. they probably wanted clamp's influence to show. let's see if code geass's end will be clamp-like...or more mech anime like.

What would be a clamp-like ending? :O most clamp's manga are discontinue. The ones that I read have somewhat happy ending (chobits, CCS, etc..) RG Veda counts too because Ashura and Yasha get together in the end.
But I hope Code geass's ending won't be dissapointing.
