Sampling some happy cookies

Made some Scottish shortbread and plain sugar cookies today. Mmm, butter.


Curiousity and lack of porn has me starting to read Yotsuba &! It's probably the most family-friendly manga I've ever encountered. It's about a happy 5 year old girl who moves into a new neighborhood with her father. There's a family with 3 girls living next to her. The manga is about her adventures with the neighbors and the world around her. It's an honest, straightforward and comedic manga. The tagline 'Enjoy Everything' summarizes it perfectly.

More curiosity lead me to watch Lucky Star, but I fell asleep after 15 minutes. I tried to start it again, but gave up and went back to Yotsuba.

ah Lucky Star is cursed with the most mediocre opening episode ever. It happened to me too and I didn't dl it from the start. Until I heard ep 12-13 was full of crack, and I went back to re-dl it.

anyway, I'd recommend you start midway or at least skip the part where they talked about eating bread in the first ep. you ain't missing out much.
