X-men minus spandex equals Heroes

Disappointed that the 2nd season of Heroes was uninspiring. Adam was the only interesting character--due to his Highlander-y vibes. Hiro really made some moronic choices this season. Everyone else was plain old blah. Thankfully, there are new jdramas coming up...
And more Nodame!

I like looking at shopping and craft blogs' holiday shopping guides. They often feature exceptionally pretty, stylish things that are probably useless to the giftee. Here's my guide to cool Japanese goods that doesn't include candles, ugly linens, and digital picture frames--

--------------------------------------------

Amazon.jp Revoltech Danboard - an exclusive version of the Yotsuba one. I don't know where it came from, and I don't really want to read the manga, but it is adorable and its eyes light up.

Yoroshiku Master volume 2 - totally forgot about this series, but it's appropriate for the season. A reindeer and Santa continue their cute and funny story. Absolutely on my list to get soon.

Prop Plus Petit Gundam 00 - How creepy and cute are these new figures? They look exactly like the aliens they are. This technically doesn't come out until January...but you can always give your loved one an IOU.

Project BM! Lelouch doll - ah ha, a doll for the female fans. (enough with C.C.'s arse already). Lelouch has moveable joints and removable clothes...wahoo.

iriver Mickey Mouse mp3 player - bling version - forget the boring ipod, get something classic and unique! The blinged-out version was made for the Japanese consumers...boo hoo...darn Japan and its demand for 'cute'. (credits to
narishun_kun for pointing this product out earlier)

L'Arc~en~Ciel's Kiss album and or billboard poster - love the crooning and horn-y music. Already have the album...the poster is also a must-have...even if it is a 50 foot high billboard poster.

Wargo jewelry - discovered this brand through their association with CLAMP. They have very hip, sculpted jewelry and other goods. It's quite affordable, but most pieces are out-of-stock on the US website. I like the sakura and frog designs.

Nodame Cantabile Dream Orchestra wii game - I don't play video games, but this game is mighty tempting to the Nodame fangirl in me. I'm sure the Americans will get Wii Music or some other generic sounding game, but pretending to be Chiaki sounds like fun.

Tokyo Babylon 1992 calendar - why get the typical 2008 calendar when you can get a classic 1992 one with classic 80's-styled CLAMP illustrations. Remember when they actually had an illustration for each month? Love the awesome Tokyo Babylon blinding-color illustrations.
How many times did I use 'cute' here...ugh, how else can I describe the squeezable, fluffy bunny, peep-like quality of Japanese goods?
And more Nodame!
