Suga Shikao's Shunka Shutou PV is the new song to coincide with his 'All Singles Best' collection. It's a mild PV that features an animated tugboat floating through the canal through the seasons. In the background there are references to his previous albums. yeah..a boring PV. The song itself, is one of his pleasant ballads. ~6/10 rating~
