seichanConsidered getting Mika Nakashima/NANA's 'The End' album, but reconsidered since the 2 movie singles are the only listenable songs on the album. Her rock version of Frank Sinatra's 'My Way' was fingernails-on-chalkboard bad. I think it might've been used in the movie since it sounds like drunkards are the backup singers. It's not something I'd choose for the last track on an album. Her voice loses its special tone when she attempts engrish...and why the F*ck do they feel the need to bleep the Fuck words? (nice...korean version.)
Anyway,
Nodame Cantabile 9! gets a little more subdued. Chiaki flies to Hokkaido with Mine and now has the option of traveling to Europe. Nodame furiously trains with Eto-sensei for the Concour and we see an angsty bit of her past. I'm very fond of Chiaki and Nodame's fun, but complex relationship. Supporting each other is very cute.
