earthsea?

ghibli's new anime, Gedo Senki - Tales from Earthsea, will be based on ursula le guin's earthsea cycle books (mainly 3rd & 4th? books). sounds interesting. i'll probably pick up the book before i see the movie (because i like spoilers). there's a promo pic on ghibli's website.

Ok, my chin just hit the floor. Ghilbi is doing an Earthsea adaption. I hold my breath knowing that I'll probably be dissapointed with the story if it'll turn out like howl... but god damn if I don't go nuts over those visuals and animations... THAT DRAGON! *sqeals* That's not the tombs of autun, my fave book, but still... Earthsea! Thank you so much for giving me this news. ^.^
