interesting combination, but in my opinion manga is made in japan, manwha is made in korea, comics are made in the usa. don't call it 'manga' if its made by americans. go and use 'manga-style' comics if you want to say the characters have big eyes. unless, they are hiring a mangaka from japan to draw the story...which would be awesome. mirrormask the movie looks very interesting. why is it not out yet?

Agreed. Manga has to feel Japanese, and Labyrinth and Neil Gaiman have very Western sensibilities. I can't imagine wanting to call something manga unless it has both the art style and the narrative peculiarities.
