I guess the PPG was the American response to the magical girl anime and this is a response to the American response? Yes, this also reminds me of Sweet Valerian without the 'sweet'.

Quick impression~ As the title suggests, there is fan service for the male audience. Panty uses her panty as a weapon, a gun actually...Stocking uses her stocking, a sword. They were kicked out of heaven and now fight monsters to earn heaven coins to get back. I think I might prefer Spongebob over this, but this might appeal to some who like Mtv humor.

Durarara 12.5! a DVD only episode with a short cameo from Isaac and Miria <3. Mikado, Kido and -- visit a maid cafe. Various people are chasing red bags. This is one of those episodes that is told backwards and forwards. I liked the humor at the end.
