Quick impression~ Ko Ichinomiya lives without being in debt to anyone, so when Nino (the blond chick) saves his life when he falls from a bridge, her repayment fee is for him to be her lover. In the first episode, he meets the mayor of the under-bridge soon-to-be-revealed community, a kappa. The mayor names Ko, Recruit ie. Riku. This had a quirky sense of humor. Maybe it is because of the director and Kamiya who worked together in Zetsubou Sensei and Bakemonogatari does this not feel as fresh as it could be. I'll still watch for the quirk and eye-candy.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood 51! Forgettable new opening/ending songs, but I wonder if there is any higher significance to the appearance of Trisha Elric. It's a tad foreboding that Ed and Winry were at the end of the opening visuals without Al. The ending visuals were cheap stills compared to the previous ending. Some good fights taking place; Armstrong siblings vs. Sloth, Al vs. Pride & Kimblee, etc.
