9 fansubs groups for FMA and growing...

Got 8 out of the 10 Volumes of RG Veda last week from bookcloseouts.com for 99 cents each. I will attempt to read this series without A. falling asleep or B. quitting from boredom. But already failed at A.

Though their music isn't that great, got tickets to NYC's VAMPS concert; relatively painless this time. I don't think it's been selling out as fast as Hyde's SF concerts a couple years ago. Need to figure out where to stay. hmmmm. mitsuki988 is making a shopping list..the only reason she is going. ^_^ I'll be the small asian smooshed in the crowd if anyone else is going.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood 2! Covers the past. Always thought it was an interesting past, but it makes me think that Al should not get his body back. The thing that makes me undecided is that the mangaka has always been somewhat optimistic in her writing style; even if crap happens, the heroes keep pulling through. The preview for the next episode features Rose...who doesn't look so much like Hikaru from Hikaru no Go anymore. Anyway, I like watching this new version of Hagaren. It hasn't proved to be exceptionally better yet, but it's like a refreshing angle. (almost like watching the 5th version of Hana Yori Dango, but doesn't induce as much eye-rolling)
