Nodame Cantabile -Paris-hen- 8! is a cute transitional episode as Nodame and the others finish the school year, and Chiaki recovers from his less-than-ideal concert. The scene at the car dealership was funny.

Macross F's Nyantama album is collection of vocal tracks from the anime. Maaya's Aimo wasn't too interesting since it was 2 minutes of digitalized-whispery stuff. The duet with Ranka was short and uneventful. 7 versions of Aimo amongst 2 CDs? a little overkill, huh? Most of the songs are exactly the same. A few have Sheryl or Ranka shouting in the beginning. On the other hand, a few of Sheryl's songs have the audience background noise cut-out...The Sheryl-on-stage album had the crowd. So if you actually wanted clean versions of every single song, you'd need to buy all the albums....haha..clever. For a show with so many deficiencies, its music seems to keep its popularity going.
