Code Geass R2 11! Of course, Zero has another card up his arse and wins the battle. You'd think that if Britannia really wanted to win any of the battles, they'd bring another of the Knight of Rounds into the picture; Suzaku, Gino and Anya ain't really doing much. There should be 9 or so more. C.C. was looking especially hot in this episode. Next week looks to be full of serious wtf-Lelouch. Apparently, the writers feed fanboys sexy girls with little or no clothing, while fangirls get pretty boys that do silly things. Ah, how easily fandom is made.

The baby birds were pecking the gutter

Kurenai 1-12 the end! was recced by a nice lurker. ^^ It's a pretty short anime about young student, Kurenai Shinkurou, who is hired to protect a young girl, Murasaki Kouin. Shinkurou is a student who also works as a dispute-mediator for a finicky woman named Benika. The young girl is part of a high class family which uses women as baby-makers & prevents them from going outside. Anyway, the show itself ranges from dry comedy to mystery & intrigue. There are very odd episodes such as the musical episode, and then there are action-packed angst episodes. The animation and production were consistently nice and the story felt unique to me and thus, it was enjoyable. ~6/10 rating~ since it did lack any extraordinary characteristics.
