Darker than Black 8! was sadly lame. The odd comedy from the last episode didn't carry forward as Gai and Hei's storylines intertwined. The whole BO conversation induced the proper 'ew' wrinkled nose from me, but still, can't seem to get into this show despite the great animation, character design & music. The writing and script don't go far enough for the proper reactions.
