firefox or ie?
Oct. 25th, 2006 06:31 pmLike everyone else, I d/led both the Firefox 2.0 and IE 7 updates. Firefox took 15 seconds max to d/l and install. IE took 4 minutes and a restart. IE got a nice style change, but I had to un-clutter it a bit. Firefox got a slight face-lift and has this nifty spell-checking thing. I'm sure it will not help those who need it. Anyway, I'm going to continue using Firefox since ppl say it's more secure and overall better. I'm a little sad Rikaichan doesn't work, but I'm sure it'll be updated; It's not that bad since I'm not one of those ppl who need it to make half-assed nonsensical translations with it.Nevermind, there's a compatible version. I'll use IE for clubbox leeching. Clubbox doesn't seem to like Firefox.
hmm..lj entry isn't loading so all my options are up in firefox. (ex: right hand sidebar, having to enter my password at every post, option to post to a com) curious.
also, IE is smoothing out font...anti-alias..I think is the term. sometimes it appears better, sometimes blurry. wtf? anyway, it's a minute detail.
...curious.
