Death Note 2! I'd forgotten how fun and captivating the beginning of Death Note was. L (voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi who did Inuyasha, Rokuta & a billion other roles) is first to score as he and Kira start their really great battle of wits. As for the seriousness of the actual story. It might've been interesting if Light did not kill Lind L. Tailor. If he stuck with those on deathrow and/or criminals, it would've brought up the question of who is justified in placing judgment on evil. By deliberately killing a seemingly innocent man, Light/Kira proved himself as in the wrong even if that guy was in fact, a criminal. +++ (hm...this is a great show, but do we really need 14 fansubbers working on this show?)
