been watching late night tv. mostly the food network.
never made nor had quiche before, but alton brown made it look easy, so i made it.

here's the transcript from the show. s'funny what you can find online. this page sure does love 'good eats.' last night alton brown made some gross cooked greens. blah. it was kinda dorky and weird to put the bag of greens in a pillow case and then in the washer. don't you get the feeling he's just testing his fanbase? "let's see if i can get people to do retarded things with their food"

the quiche was good. a cup of cream, 2 eggs, and a bunch of junk inside. yum.
