Don't listen to the Disney Ponyo song---Robo-fish kisshug Robo-boy causes ears to cry.

Instead watch the original singers sing the Korean version.

I think the writers of Haruhi are actually politicians or very good publicists. Whether it's favorable or not, they've got everyone(ie. most otakus) talking about the show.

The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi 2009 8/18-9/19! Take 7 and 8 of Groundhog's Day. It might be interesting to watch all 8 versions of this side-by-side. The last 2 versions were more nicely animated. I thought that it would end as it did. *spoilers* The fact that Kyon kept ending the episode by putting off his homework seemed to be the huge-arse clue, and whatever else this series is, it seems to revolve around enjoying and living high school life positively. It is cleverly amusing that that particular action happened over 15,000 times.

It actully is a lot less annoying watching it one after the other as it's easier to spot the little differences between each episode. Haven't seen the last one yet but I feel like I'm the only one that hasn't hated the Endless Eight storyline.

I didn't hate it either. It's another one of those interesting experiments that the director likes to pull. I did get a bit bored in around the 4-7th iterations and wanted them to show a version where really different events happened...like where they didn't go to the festival or where they worked at a different job.
