Nodame Cantabile: Finale 1! The opening song has a strange cut-off point, but has nice visuals inspired from manga illustrations. This new season is a seamless transition from the previous. I'm still disappointed by the robo-musicians/conductor animation. In this episode, Nodame becomes upset at how she is unable to catch up to Chiaki. As usual, it has some nice comedic moments, too. It's good that this franchise and Inuyasha are still popular (and profitable) enough to garner an extra season of anime to finish up their stories.

Dance in the Vampire Bund 2! I guess the opening visuals refer to the title and maybe a vampire bund is that outfit she is wearing; the ribbon outfit that would make J.Lo jealous. (ok, bund doesn't really mean ugly stripper clothing) There were some very lovely visuals in the first episode...which doesn't include all the loli-fanservice. This is basically about how naked a prepubescent girl can get within a flimsy excuse for a story. The main male character gets to prance around naked, too; being a werewolf isn't good for clothing.

Durarara 2! the writers go back to the kidnapped girl and her story; short and simple with a touch of huh.
