That looks like Shungiku Nakamura, who is not my number-one favorite author. Or even my thirty-first favorite author. Also that title looks as if it might translate to "THE WHOLE WORLD ONE FIRST LOVE," which, in addition to not making any fucking sense and containing no edifying postpositions, could not possibly be the title of anything good. 'First love' = it’s a "no" for me.
I suppose it could be worse, though. It could be more Junjou Romantica. I will never understand most BL fans, here or in Japan.
