So I watched the pre-aired Space Dandy half-episode. Despite the hype, it's clearly aimed at the male western otaku. Dandy actually reminds me of Robin Thicke. He likes women's asses and aims to visit all the 'Boobies' chain restaurants in space. This would have been more tolerable if the other aspects of the show were good or if there was comedy beyond the sexist remarks. Ugh, what a waste of talent and production. I can see why there's some sort of excitement at this airing on the Cartoon Network before airing in Japan, but Cowboy Bebop, this is not. Dropped.
